About Us

We’re Otto's Bicycle Repair & Water Shop, and we’ve been a bicycle repair shop and water softening equipment supplier here in Shipshewana, IN, since 2020. We specialize in bicycle repair and water systems, and we offer new bikes, used bikes, electric bikes, bicycle accessories, rain gear, water softener installation, and more. We're a family-owned business, and we live in this community, so we love serving our friends and neighbors. We’re looking forward to partnering with LaGrange, Elkhart, and Kosciusko counties to continue to offer a premier bicycle repair experience.
